| I was having a slight sticking issue with my Z1 Throttle bodies, after talking with Z1 about the issue they recommended a very minor amount of sanding in areas where the butterfly was hitting the inner wall. I did that and the sticking issue is resolved. Prior to sanding I had noticed that one throttle body doesn't mate a closely as the other. Note the difference in Passenger VS Driver:

I filled both of them with water in the closed position. The passenger had a drip about every 10 seconds and looked like it would have taken 30 minutes plus to fully drain. The driver side completely drained in sub 20 seconds.
I don't know if this much of a difference even matters or if its no big deal. Are these ok to put back on as is.....or do I need to get a replacement for the Driver Side TB?
Thanks
